SMS Communications Program When you provide your phone number and explicitly check the consent box on our web forms, you opt in to receive recurring SMS text messages from Expungement360, LLC. These messages relate to customer service matters, case updates, and support. Message frequency varies depending on your case activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving these messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

With a licensed Texas attorney who reviews eligibility

We do not sell your data. Furthermore, we strictly protect your SMS opt-in data. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will remain strictly confidential.

If you’re ineligible, we delete your data within 90 days.
If you proceed with filing, we retain data until the process is complete, then delete within 90 days.
